1. Business Operations

Truaudio OÜ is registered in Estonia and operates under EU business legislation. We distribute car audio and multimedia hardware to corporate partners (B2B) and private retail clients (B2C) within the EU.

2. Order Placement & Confirmations

By submitting an order request on this website, you request a callback from our sales team. Submitting details does not create a binding purchase agreement. All requests are subject to stock checks and final price confirmation by a manager.

3. Payment & Settlements

We support secure and flexible payment methods in EUR. Specific settlement methods, billing documents, and terms are finalized and agreed upon individually between the customer and our representative during the order confirmation callback.

4. Logistics & Delivery

Goods are typically prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed and settlement is complete. Delivery options and carrier logistics are arranged during the confirmation call. All dispatches originate from our logistics facility in Tallinn, Estonia.

5. Warranty & Liability

All products sold by Truaudio OÜ carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty against material and craftsmanship defects. Refunds and returns are processed according to the consumer protection codes of the Republic of Estonia.
